New Residential Development. November 2021

NPL were subcontracted to design, supply and install steel tubular piles for a new mid-market rental housing development in Glasgow’s east end.

Access and Egress was a big concern for the site, due to its location, just off Alexandra Parade.

The project took a total of 2 weeks to complete, 1 week ahead of program.

NPL were subcontracted to design, supply and install steel tubular piles for a new low carbon, Eco-friendly, residential area just outside Edinburgh city Centre.

Concerns were raised about the levels of vibration that would occur due to our piling method in the surrounding area prior to works commencing.

The piling works were completed in 3 weeks, a week ahead of the program.
